OF P.ICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953-
BE IT ORDAIUD by the 6ommon Council of the City cf Richmond, Indian s
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953, Commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Richmond, and the Zone map made a part thereof, designates and describes as
"C" Residential , the follotira ng d@scb ibed terxit �r-,� in the V n
Wayne County, Indiana, to --wit.-
The west side of Green Street, from Northwest "J" Street, north to the first alley'
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said territory
to "L_0Ca1 Business" 0
N99 THEREFORE -
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance and
on the Zone map be, and the same is hereby changed covering the above described territ-
ory to c 'rL9�a1_ B7 �x ems" and that the said territory and the use and area there-
of be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and iffect from and after its
passage, approval by the Mayor, and publication as by late required.
