of Richmond, and the Zone map made a part thereof, designates and describes as "D"9
Residential , the followring described territory in Said Cit of
Richmond, tiday-.ae County, Indiana, to -wits

The territory between North 13th Street and the lst alley west thereof., and from
North "D" Street north to present "Limited Industrial" District,
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said territory
to "Limited Industrial" o

SECTION 2, It is %iereb-,y ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance. and
or. the Zone map be, and the same 'is hereby changed covering the above described territ-
ory to "Limited Industrial" and that the said territory and the use and area there-
of be regulated accordingly,
