ANNOUNCEMENT:
Due to McCall’s commitment to stay healthy in response to the COVID-19 Emergency and
ensuring that the City’s Business continues, this will be both an in person and virtual meeting. The
Legion Hall’s 6-foot social distancing Occupancy Capacity is 11. The Council Members and staff
who are anticipated to be in attendance is 2. The first 9 persons who appear will be allowed to be
present in the meeting location. Masks will be required, and social distancing will be enforced.
All other persons may be in attendance virtually. Any member of the public can join and listen
only to the meeting at 5:30 p.m. by calling in as follows:

GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT – HOW TO SUBMIT COMMENTS
Public comment will only be accepted in writing prior to the meeting. To ensure that the Council
receives all comments prior to the meeting, all comments must be submitted prior to 3:00 pm on
April 8, 2021. There is a link to submit your written comment on the City’s website at
https://www.mccall.id.us/packets – No verbal comments will be received during this part of
the meeting.
PUBLIC HEARING
AB 21-107 Request Approval of PUD-20-01 and SUB-20-04: Running Horse
Subdivision and Planned Unit Development (ACTION ITEM)
PUBLIC HEARING TESTIMONY – HOW TO SUBMIT COMMENTS
The public may attend in person to make public testimony; however, due to limited space, public
testimony submitted in writing prior to the meeting is strongly encouraged. Only 9 members
of the public will be invited into the meeting space at one time. Once those who make their
comment in person, will need to exit for others to have the opportunity to make testimony. Masks
will be required, and social distancing will be enforced. To ensure that the Council receives all
comments prior to the meeting, written comments must be submitted prior to 3:00 pm on April
8, 2021 on the City’s website at https://www.mccall.id.us/packets. All written testimony will be
either read into the record or attached to the minutes for the record.
If a member of the public would like to make comment during the live meeting online or to call-
in, please sign up at www.mccall.id.us/packets prior to 3:00 pm on April 8, 2021. Once we
receive your request to make public comment related to the posted public hearing above, a link
will be sent to you with instructions. Again – written comments are preferred.
