AN OFIINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14('2-1953, C0101ONLY I[Na;FN AS TRS ZONING ORDINANCE
OF RICIMOND„ 110TANA, APPRO-TED APRIL 21, 1953.
BE IT ORDAINM by the �'omnon Council of the C:;_ty cf Richmond, Indianas.
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953,, Commonly known as the Zoning 0rdinance
of Richmond, and the Zone map made a part thereof, designates and describes as "4"

ndiana _a Kayne County, Indianan to -wit.
TRACT #1:
Lots forty (40) and forty-one (41) in Marcharton Addition east of the City of
Richmond, as laid out by Margaret S® Charles in the southwest quarter of
Section 34, Township 14, Range 1 west, now a part of the City of Richmond.
This is to inform you that Grace Landwehr is the owner of the following
described real estate, to -wit:
TRACT #2:
Lot thirty nine (39) in Marcharton, an Addition east of the City of Richmond,
as laid out by Margaret S. Charles in the southwest quarter of Section 34,
Township 14, Range 1 west, now a part of the City of Richmond.
Tract #1 above is located at the northeast corner of 29" Street and National
Road East in the City of Richmond, Indiana and further known as 2906 East
Main Street said City, and Tract #2 is located immediately East of Tract 41,

SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance and
on the Zo map E and the same is hereby changed covering the above described territ-

SECTION 3o Thi_s ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and after its
passage, approval by the Mayor, and publication as by law required.
