Being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 16,
Range 14 East, in Wayne County, State of Indiana, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point in the -west line of the
Southeast Quarter of 'Section twenty-one (21) where same intersects
the south line of U.S. Highway #40, said point being forty-six (46)
feet south, measured at right angles to the center line of the thirty

eastrardly alon& the South line of U.S. Highway -114o four hundred
seventy-seven ( 77) feet; thence southwardly parallel with the west
line of Quarter Section, three hundred (300) feet; thence south -
westwardly, parallel with said U.S. Highway #40, four hundred seventy-
seven (477) feet to the west line of said quarter section; the -rice
northwardly along said .west line of quarter section, three hundred
