and describe, as "A" Residential, a, the following described territory
in said City of Richmond, Wasyne County., State of Indiana,, to —wits
Lots #38 ' and 37 and the North half of Lot #36,. all in Edgement Addition
to the City of Richmond, Indiana, fronting on the Straight Line Pike or
South 9tr Street.,. -beginning 40 feet east and 465 feet North of the South;
west corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 13 North.,
Range 1 West, and running thence North 125 feet -and east the full length
of said lots,

UHERUSs it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of
