AX ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER $4000.00 FROM PARK GENERAL FUND TO PARK PAYROLL.
VM_ ERE AS, Certain extraordinary emergencies have developed sine the adoption of the
existing amival budget so that it is now necessarY to appropriate more money forthe
various functions of the City g®vc�� ernt in tha annual budget
SECTION 1. DE T`L�RDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,, that
for the expsnses of the; City government and its institutions for the yaar ending
December 31, 19 6D,, the following amount ojE money is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the fund nailed and for the purpose ayacified, Said sum being subject to
all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be mde during the year, unless expressly stipulated by lawo
SECTION .2. That for said fiscal- period, there~ is hereby appropriated the following
specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exists
