SECTION 1, 1011EREAS, Crdinanos No,, 1472-1953, Commonly -k own as the Zoning Ordinanca
of Richmond, and the Zone gap prudes a part thereof, designates and describes as
Cubes .- , the following described territory in--

Being a part of the Northwest- Quartor of Section 21,q Township -14 North, Range 1 West,,
in Wayne County, Indiana, more particularly doscribed as follows;
Beginning at a point sixteen -hundred fifty-three (1653) feet north and three -hundred
twenty -sax and one half (326.50) feet east of the sout1T,4est-corner of the northwest
,quarter of section 21; thence east at right angles to U.S. #-27.-eight-hundred ninety-
three and fifteen -hundreds (893.15; feet; thence north, parallel with said U.S. 927,
five hundred forth (540) feet to the south Right -of -war line of a county road; thence
southvaestwardly along said south Right-of-e-iay line of said county road to the place
