the northeast corner of said southeast quarter, and running thence from said beginning
point, south eighty-nine (89) degrees and forty-five (45) minutes west two hundred
forty (240) feet; thence north, two hundred (200) feet; thence north eighty-nine (89)

in the east line of said southeast quarter and the centerline of United States
