PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the city of Medi-
na has adopted Ordinance No. 417.
The ordinance expands the area of
mailed notification from 350 feet to
1000 feet for public hearings for re -
zonings, conditional use permits,
variances, interim use permits, and
PUD concept plans for properties lo-
cated within any of the city's rural
residential zoning districts. The
mailed notice requirement remains
350 feet for land within any other
zoning district. In addition, certain
time limits for city action on land use
applications have been eliminated or
modified to be consistent with state
law. A copy of the complete ordi-
nance is available from the city ad-
ministrator -clerk at Medina city hall.
