ORDINANCE NO. 1834-1960
WHEREAS, Certain extrzaardinary em-rgencies have developed since the adoption of the
existing annua2, budget so that it is now necessar.y to appropriate more money for the
various functions of the City government in the annual budgeto
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of RUebiaond, :Indiana , that
for the expenses of the City goveri-orient and its institutions for the yer ending
December 31, 19 60 9 0
the follou-ka- amount of, money is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the fund named and for the purpose apecified, Said sum bring subject to
all laws governing the same. Such amounts appropriated shall be held to include all
expenditures authorized to be iweie during the year, unless expressly stipulated by law.
SECTION 2. That for said fiscal period, there. is hereby appropriated the following
specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exist:

SECTION 3. An extraordinary ennuergancy exists for the aboVe appropriation.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after® its passage
and approval by the 'Kayor anet is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing
emergency appropriations.
