A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A ONE YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION
FOR THE UTILITY BILLING AND MAILING SERVICES CONTRACT
WHEREAS, on January 2010, the City entered into a three-year contract with
Infosend, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, this contract will expire on January 31, 2013; and
WHEREAS, to continue uninterrupted mailing services; and
WHEREAS, the contractor will provide the mailing service until January 31, 2014
with no increase in rates.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY FIND, PROCLAIM, ORDER, AND RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approve a one year extension for the utility
billing and mailing services contract with Infosend, Inc. to expire on January 31, 2014.
Section 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract amendment on
a form to be approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of January, 2013.
