AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1472-1953 COMMONLY Iq\TOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953 commonly
known as the Zoning Ordinance of Richmond and the Zone Map made
a part thereof, designates and describes as "A Residential" the
following described territory in said City of Richmond, Wayne
County, State of Indiana, -to-wit:
Lot Number Seventy (70) in Ravinia Park
First Addition to the City of Richmond,
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to
change the use of said territory to "Local Business".
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 2. It is'hereby ordained that the use district
in the Zoning Ordinance and on the Zone Map be, and the same is
hereby changed covering the above described territory to "Local
Business" and that the said territory and the use and area thereof
be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full 'force and
effect from and after its passage, approval by the Mayor, and
publication as by law required.
