AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIMNG MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES QT THE PAR:
AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT OF THE 01' OOr RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE: FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JANuRAY 1, 1960, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1966, INCLUSIVE, AND FIXING THE TI IE WHEN THE
SAKE SHAD TAKE ffFECZ.
SEC'?T3ON 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the 6ommon Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
for the purpose of having funds u-ith uihich to operate the Park and Recreation Department
of the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1960, and end-
ing December 31, 1960, inclusive, that there be and there is hereby appropriated and order-
ed sea, apart out of the funds herein named and for the purpose "nd/or purpose-_ herein
specified, the following amounts, subject to all laws governing the same. Such sumo herein
appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made during the
year 1960, unless otheni- se expressly stipulated and provided by lava.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1960,
and ending December 31, 1960, inclusive, that there be and there is herbby appropriated
out of the General Fund of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the following.-
