AN ORDINANCE APPROPRI.&TING THE SUM OF $282,055.00 FROX THE. SPECIAL STREET FUND OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, FOR THE P ' URPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
STREET DEPARTiENT OF SAID CITY FOR THE, CALENDER YEAR OF 1960,-, BUDG NG T-HL SAME, =T-
ING THE USE THEREOF AND FIXING THE TIME WHEN THE SM4E SHALL TAKE h-,1MCT,
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that
therebe and there is hereby appropriated the sum of $282,055.00 to the Street Depart-
mant of the City of Rich-mond, Indiana, from the Street Fund of said City, and that the
same shall be set apart and budgeted for the variolas and expenditures as follows.,

SECTION 20 That all said expenditures as w ov-ided for in Section 1. shall be made and
performed between January 1, 1960, and December 31, 1960, inclusive,
SECT -ON 30 ghat said monies as appro-oria.ted and budgeted are restricted soled to,
and for, the use of construction, re -construction and maintenance of the streets and
alleys of the City of Richmond, Indiana, pursuant to an ACT passed by the General
Assembly of the State of Indiana, and approved by the Gbver?or of the State of Indiana,
at 3:00 Pad, March 10, 1941.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and affect front and after i t ° s passage

Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
