SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by -the Corm-aon Council of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, that the amours t of taxes to be levied on property and polls within -the City of Richmond, Wayne County' ' Indiana, for the year 1959, to be collected in 1960, shall be $485,471.00 and the rate of such tax and purpose there -Pore shall be as follouss A. For the GERNEIRALT FURD of said City, the leigj shall be $.825 on each one hundred dollars assessed valuation, and this shall be placed in the said General Fund with monies amounting to $1,6M25 as raised by poll tax. B. For the GENMAL SI_W19NG FUND of said City for the purpose of paying interest and principal on bonded indebtedness, etc. of said City, the levy shall be $.12 on each one hundred dollars assessed valuation, Co For the P012CE PENSION FUNT of said City, the le-v7r shall be $,,075 on each one hundred dollars assessed valuation. D. For the CITY PIAN COMSSION of said City, the levy shall be $.0075 on each one hundred dollars assessed valuation. E. For the PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT of said City, the levy shall. be $.2125 on each one hundred dollars assessed valuation, F. For the MUNICIPA-t AIRPORT of said City, the leV shall be $,0100 on each one hundred dollars assessed valuation, G. For the SPECIAL STREET DEPARTMENT of said City,, the levy shall be $ NONE, H. And there shall also be assessed and collected the sum of $025 on each ta,-Mble poll within the City, of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, making a total 'Gay, rate on the property -vfithin the City of Richmond,, Wayne County, Indiana, of $1o25 on each one hundred dollars assessed valuation. - SECTION 2..
