SECT1.0N, 1. ITEMEAS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953, Corarr.ohly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Richmond, and the Zone asap mde a part thereof, designates and describes as

area of Richmond,___ p WayCounty, Indiana) to_ Ixit a
A part of the northwest quarter of Section twenty-one (21)9 Township fourteen (14) North,
Range one (1) West, in Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana, and more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point in the west line of said quarter, said point being five hundred
fifty and fifty-five hundredths (550a55) feet North (assuming that the west line of said
quarter runs north and south) of the southwest corner of said quarter and running thence
north along west line of said quarter three hundred fifty-two and forty-five hundredths
feet (352.45); thence south eighty-eight degrees and thirty five (35) minutes east four
hundred thirty-six and five tenths (436.5) feet; thence south three (3) degrees, and
forty minutes (4�) minutes west three hundred fifty-one (351) feet; thence north eighty-
eight (88) degrees and forty-three (43) minutes west four hundred fourteen (414) feet to
the place of beginning, containing an area of three and forty-three hundredths (3.43)
acres, more or less.
VRIEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of said territory
to "Local Bus_iness"

SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance and
on the Zone .map be, and the same is hereby changed covering the alcove described territ-
ory to "Local Business" and that the said territory and the use and area there-
