BE .IT ORDAINS by the Goren- on Council of the Uty of Richmond, Indiana

Being a part of the northwest quarter of Section 21, Township 14 North, Range 1 West,
in Wayne County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point nine hundred three (903.0) fiet north and four hundred thirty-
six and one-half (436.50) feet south.88 degrees 35 minutes east of the southwest corner
of the northwest quarter of section 21, at the northeast corner of Ridenour Motor Sales
Land; thence south 3 degrees 46 minutes west, along said Ridenour$s east line, three
hundred fifty-one (35100) feet, thence eastwardly,.parallel with the south line of
said quarter eight hundred five and sixty-one hundredths (805.61) feet; thence north
parallel with the west line of said quarter, ten hundred ninety-nine and ninety-five
hundredths (1099.95) feet; thence west one hundred (100.00) feet; thence south
seven hundred fifty (750.00) feet; thence westwardly six hundred eighty-three and
one-half (683,50) feet to the place of beginning. Containing 8.12 acres more or less.
UMERE.AS, it is the purpose and int :ntion hereof to change then use of said territory
to "Local Business" o
NU,q THEREFORE:
SECTION 20 It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance and
on the Zone map be, and the same is hereby changed covering the above described territ-
ory to "Local Business" and that the said territory and the use and area there-
of be regulated accordingly,,,
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be J.n full force and affect from and after its
passage, approval by the 11V- or, and publication as by la-rj required.
