AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1621-1957. ORDINANCE NO. 16zi-1957, BEING
AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING RULES FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RICHMOND$ INDIANA.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the first paragraph of Sub -Section A of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 1621-1957, be amended to read as follows:
A. MEETINGS
The regular meetings of the Common Council shall be held on the first
and third Mondays of each month at the hour of 6:30-PM, Central Standard
Time. In the event a regular meeting falls on a legal holiday, the meeting
shall be held on the Tuesday following. At the hour fixed the Clerk shall
call the roll of members who shall be seated in alphabetical order, and
note those absent.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Mayor of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
