• 2020 Road Program & Common Street (Onyx Corporation)
o Punch list work (all work areas)
• 2021 Road Program (Lorusso Corporation)
o Punch list work (all work areas)
• Waverley Ave. Road Reconstruction (Lorusso Corporation)
o Install signage, site cleanup, remove construction barrels and signage (October 11)
• 2021 Sanitary Sewer Investigations (National Water Main)
o Contractor will be cleaning and inspecting various sewer lines (7:00 AM — 4:00 PM) within the Protect 2,
Proiect 3 and 4 work areas. No interruption of water or sewer service is anticipated, however there may
be temporary road closures and/or parking restrictions
• Water Service Replacement Program (Paolini LLC)
o Continue water service replacements at #204 Acton Street, #8, #12, #16-18, #24-26, #45-47 Oakland
Street; #23-25, #27-29 Morton Street; and #17-19 Howard Street
• Bromfield Street Water Main Replacement (Paolini LLC)
o Continue water service installation
o Upon completion of water services, remove by-pass, temporarily pave trenches and cleanup site
• Pavement Preservation —Mill & Overlay (Lorusso Corporation)
o Contractor will adjust castings (October 11) and top course pave the following streets:
Whites Ave. (Main St. to Hudson St.)
Hudson St.
Bancroft St. (Westminster Ave. to Waverley Ave.)
Homer St.
Evans St. (#70 Evans St. to #113 Evans St.)
Emerson Rd. (Main St. to #34 Emerson Rd.)
Whitman Rd. (Main St. to Town line)
Stuart St.
Sidewalk Rehabilitation (Century Paving)
o Continue sidewalk repairs on Bailey Road (October 11)
o Depending on work progress, begin sidewalk repairs at 181-183 School Street, and Stoneleigh Road,
between Oakley Road and Stoneleigh Circle
• Line Painting (KS Corporation)
o NIGHT WORK —line painting, town -wide
• National Grid Gas Work
Utility companies are responsible for notifying residents prior to conducting work, but planned work is listed
below (including October 11):
o Continue gas main replacement on Cottage Street
o Continue gas main replacement on Lovell Road
o Continue gas main replacement on George Street and Wilson Ave.
o Begin replacement of sidewalk panels damaged during gas main installation
o Begin permanent trench repairs on Beechwood Ave., Poplar Street, Boyd Street, Riverside Street, and
Ladd Street
