ORDINANCE NO. 1762.1959
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGING OF THE NAME AND THE RENAMING
OF THAT PORTION OF THE STREET IN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA, AND SOUTH OF NATIONAL ROAD WEST, NCKPI KNOG,TN AND
DESIGNATED AS TMEYERS ROAD,? AND PROVIDING FOR.THE TAKING EFFECT
THEREOF,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana;
SECTION 1, That the name of the street in the City of Richmond, Wayne
County, Indiana, which runs south from National Road West and is known
as tMeyers Roadst is hereby changed to "Toschlog Road" and the same
is hereby renamed and shall be designated as "Toschlog Road,"
SECTION 2.- The City Clerk of the City of Richmond, Wayne County,
Indiana, is hereby ordered and directed to record a certified copy
of this Ordinance in the office of the Wayne County Recorder, Wayne
County, Indiana.
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after it's passage and approval by the Mayor.
