AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
NATURAL RESOURCE LITIGATION AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement with regard to Natural Resource Litigation.
