ORDINANCE NO, 1705»1958
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1472-1953,, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA* APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana*.
SECTION 1, WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 1472-1953, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance
of Richmond, and the.zone map made a part thereof,, designated and describes as "A
Residential", the following described territory in said City of Richmond, Wayne
County, Indiana, towit:
Item A 4. A part of the southwest quarter of Section 190 Township 14 North,
Range.1 West, in Wayne County, Indiana, more particularly described
as follows: Beginning at a point 108709 feet north and 740 feet
east of the southwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence east
133 feet to the center'iline of a driveway; thence north 111,91 feet
along said center line to center line east and west driveway; thence
west 133 feet along the center line of said driveway 36 feet wide;
thence south 111,91 feet to the place of beginning, containing an
area of thirty four one hundredths (0034) acres* more or less*
Item B - The north half of the following described real estate, to -pit:
A part of the southwest Quarter of Section 19, Township 14 North,
Range 1 west in Wayne County, Indiana, more particularly d®scribed
as follows: Beginning at a point in the center line of a driveway
36 feet wide, which point is 108709 feet north and 607 feet east
of the southwest corner of said Quarter Section; thence east 133
feet; thence north 111,91 feet to the center of driveway 36 feet
wide; thence west 133 feet along said centerline, to the center
line of a driveway 36 feet wide; thence south along the center line
of said driveway 111,91 feet to the place of beginningg, containing
an area of thirty four one hundredths (0,34) acres, more or less.
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use
of said,territory to "Local Business,"
NOW THEREFORE:
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning Ordinance
and on the Zone map be, and the same is hereby changed covering the above described
territory to "Local Business*" and that the said territory and the use and area
thereof be regulated accordingly
Section 3, This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval by the Mayor, and publication as by law required,
