AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
($1,250.00) FROM .THE RICHMOND GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR 1958, TO SERVICES PERSONAL IN.'
THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION BUDGET FOR 1958.
WWREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the exist-
ing annual budget, so that it is novanecessary to appropriates more money than was approp-
riated In the annual budget for the various functions of the City Government" to tweet extra-
ordinary emergencies,
SECTION 1. BE :IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that for
the expense of the City government and its institutions for, the year ending December 31,
19_5 , the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund
named and for the purpose specified. "aid si.m is subject to all laws governing the same.
Such amounts appropriated shall be held to include all,expenditures authorized to be made
during the year, unless expressly stipulated and provided -by law.
SWTION 2. That for said fiscal period" there is hereby -appropriated the following
specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exist

SECTIOE 3. WHEREAS, it hres been sho, sm that certain existing appropriations now have
unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purpose which appropriated.
IT 15 THEREFORE FURT:�.R ORBADIED by the Richmond Cocoon Council that such unnecessary
existing a.ppropriatioaas be now reduced in.amounts as follows, and the same shall be
appropriated to the item above nameds
