AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
RR-2 TO RR
The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as follows:
SECTION I:
The property legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby rezoned from RR-2 to
RR.
SECTION II:
City staff is authorized and directed to publish this ordinance after approval of the final plat
of Parkview Knoll. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of his 19th day of De_%��� 2106.
