Dog Licenses are issued annually. January 1st of each year until the following December 31st.
Mail this registration along with the required fee to:

Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like the license returned to you by mail, if not we
will call you when available to be picked up.

*Please remember to include a valid copy of your rabies certificate if there is not a current copy on file.
*Spayed/Neutered pets require a copy of spaying certificate if not currently on file.
*All certificates will be returned to you with your license.*
Ch. 86 Sec 3.1 - Effective January 1, 2003, any person residing in the Town of Brewster who, at the beginning of the
license period January 1 to December 31), or who during the license period becomes the owner or keeper of a dog
six months old or over, shall cause the dog to be licensed within 30 days.
