or affirms that she is the Publisher of the newspaper

and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated
below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the require-
ments constituting qualification as a qualified news-
paper as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,
§ 331 A.07, and other applicable laws as amended.

SE TION I:
The property legally described on
Ex ibit A attached hereto is hereby
rezoned from RR-2 to RR.
SE TION II:
City staff is authorized and directed
to ublish this ordinance after approval
of t e final plat of Parkview Knoll. This
or nance shall become effective upon
its adoption and publication.

Legal Description
The property rezoned from RR-2 to
RR is legally described as Lot 2,
Block 1, Parkview Knoll, according
to the plat of record in Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
