• Common Street (Onyx Corporation)
o Remaining resin crosswalks, concrete sidewalks at replaced street lights (dates pending)
• Road Program (Onyx Corporation)
o Various cleanup/punch list work on all streets
• Sewer System Rehabilitation (Commonwealth Construction)
o Final trench paving at various locations work has been delayed due to snow, work to be
determined based on weather
• Sewer System Rehabilitation (Umbro & Sons Construction)
o Finish replacing sewer services Sycamore Street (#227 and #228-230 remaining)
o Pave (temporary) sewer trench on Sycamore Street (between #227 and #234)
o Replace manhole frame and cover near #151 Mt. Auburn St
o Replace manhole frame and cover near #22 Phillips St
o Raise buried manhole frame and cover to grade on Bellevue Rd at Russell Ave
o Possible point repair near #86 Bailey Rd
• Other work
o Test pits (Commonwealth Construction) at various locations on Grandview Ave. between
Copeland Street and Chapman Street, Gertrude Street, Goldie Street, Alden Road, Sheldon
Road, Hazel Street at Quimby Street, Francis Street at Belmont Street, St. Marys Street at
Belmont Street, Waverley Ave. at Lowell Ave.
o Roadway Preservation —Permanent Patch (LoRusso) at various locations (see attached list)
• National Grid
Utility companies are responsible for notifying residents prior to conducting work, but planned work
is listed below:
o Continue gas service relays on Forest Street
o Continue gas service relays on Duff Street
o Continue gas main replacement on Taylor Street
