AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION II OF ORDINANCE NO. 1545-1955. ORDINANCE NO.
15L 5-1955 BEING AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND DETERXI!NG THE ANNUAL SALARY TO BE
PAID TO THE MAYOR, CITY CONTROLLER CITY CLERO CITY JUDGE° WAYNE COUNTYn
TREASURER° ACTING AS EXOFFICIO CITY TREASURER, CITY ATTORNEY, CITY CIVIL
ENGINEER, COMMON COUNCIL° WAYNE COUNTY AUDITOR FOR HIS SERVICES TENDERED
TO THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, FOR THE PERIOD FOR WHICH SAID OFFICER
MAY RE. ELECTED AND SEVERALLY APPOINTED AT THE ELECTION OF CITY OFFICERS,
TO BE HELD IN THE YEAR 19550 OR APPOINTED THEREAFTER.
SECTION I. BB IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMON? ,
INDIANA that Section 2 of Ordinance Noe 15450l9550 be amended to read as
follows:
SECTION II. "There shall also be paid from the funds of the Municipal
Electric Lighting and Power Plant the sum of $6OO 40 annually to each of the
following: Civil City Jng-ineer° City Clerk and each member of the Common
Council0 and the sum of $1, 00.00 annually to the following: Mayor, City
Controller and City Attorneys"
SECTION III. That effective as of April l° 1957° the amount paid to
the City Clerk from the Municipal Electric Lighting and Power Plant shall
be Six Hundred Dollars 0$6O000O)
SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage by the Common Council, the signature of the President of
Common Council affixed thereto, submitted to and approved by the Mayor and
publication as by law required.
