AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRATING TEE EXPENSES OF THE
CIT.0 PLANNING COMMISSION OF TIF: CITY OF RiCaOND, &AYNE COUDITI„INDYANA, FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY I, 19580 AHD ENDING DECEMBER 31D 1953, INCLUSIVE AND
FIXINGTHE_TTMENHEN SAME SHALJ TAKE EFFECT.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITE OF RICHMOND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA, That for the purpose of having finds with 'which to defray the
operating expenses of the City Planning commission of the City of Richmond,Indiana,
for the fiscal year commencing January 10 1958, and ending December 31, 1958, in that there be, and there is, hereby appropriated and set apart out of the
funds herein named and for the purposes herein specified,sebject to all laws govern-
ing the same. Such sums heroin appropriated shall be held to include all fe:-,penditures
authorized to be made during the period heroin speciff.ed, -Aniese otherwise expressly
stipulated and provided by lau.
SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That for the fiscal year commencing January
10 1953, and ending December 3 1956, inclusive, there be, and there is hereby appro-
priated out of the General Fund of said City General Fund, of said City the followingg

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,Indiana„ signature of the
President of Common Council affixed, submission to and approval of the Mayor of
the City of Richmond,Indiana, and publication as by law required, 21d approval of
all Statutory Boards as required by the laws of the State of Indiana.
