AN ORDINANCE APPROPRTATING MONIES FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF

SECTION 1p BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY CIF R.ICHMOND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA,, That for the purpose of having funds with .w. ich to operate
the Municipal Airport of said City of Richmond, Indiana for the fiscal year be-
ginning January 1 p 1958 and. ending December i 1958, inclusive, that there be p and
