COVID-19 NOTICE
Legion Hall occupancy capacity for the public to attend this meeting is 3, due to 6-ft social distancing
recommendations. One staff member and 4 Board members are anticipated to be in attendance for a total
maximum attendance of 8. Social distancing and masks are required. The first 3 persons who appear will be
allowed in the meeting location. All other persons may attend virtually by teleconference.

Public Comment:
Individuals wishing to comment may do so in person or virtually, or submit a written comment by 3:00 pm on the
Friday before a meeting to library@mccall.id.us. Those presenting in person will have up to 3 minutes each to
speak. The Board respectfully requests that comments be limited to Library business and reserves the right to
prevent a speaker from continuing if he or she exceeds the time limit or if the comment does not adhere to
respectful comment guidelines.
