PRESENT
Board: Mayor Philip Vandernail; Mayor Pro-Tem Eileen Waldow; Trustees; Andy
Miller, Katie Soles, Parnell Quinn and Herb Meyring

Mayor Vandernail called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

3. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Soles moved, and Trustee Meyring seconded the motion to approve the
Agenda. Motion carried: 6-0.
4. Consent Agenda:
a) Minutes – Minutes – June 7, 2017
b) Ordinance 445 Amending Water Meter Fees
Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to approve the consent
agenda. Motion carried: 6-0.
5. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding
a) Resolution 2017-06-04 Authorizing Grant and Loan Agreement for the Crooked
Creek Saloon and Eatery
TM moved this item to the next TBM.
b) Business Enhancement Grant Budget
Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to appropriate an
additional $10,000 to the Business Enhancement Grant Fund. Motion carried: 5-1, Nay
Meyring
c) Proposed Housing Policy

Trustee Quinn moved, and Trustee Miller seconded the motion to approve the Housing
Policy. Motion carried: 6-0
d) Property Maintenance Code Amendments
The TM will further define the Property Maintenance Code Amendments.
e) July Board Meeting Schedule
The TM will have a meeting on July 19.
6. Open Forum
a) Business not on the agenda
The Town has received six RFP’s for the Development for the Zoning Codes and eight
RFP’s for the Space to Create Grant.
The DART final presentation will be on September 9-11.
The Eisenhower Waterline Project will begin on July 10. This project will be three weeks
and the rail road crossing on Norgren will be closed during this time.

Trustee Miller moved, and Trustee Soles seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 6-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
