BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indianag
Section 10 WORMS, Ordinance No® 1472-1953 commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance of Richmond and the Zone Map made a part thereof,
designates and describes as ilDur Residentin3 District, the following
described territory in said City of Richmond, Wayne County, State of
Indiana, to-wits
The territory at the North east corner of North 9th and
streets, being 48 feet off the south side of Official Map
Tract No. 190.
WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the
use of said territory to oLocal Businese District,
NOW THEREFOREg •

SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the
Zoning Ordinance and on the Zone Map be, and same is hereby changed cover-
ing the above described territory to "Local Eusiness" District and that
the said territory and the use and area thereof be regulated according-
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval by the Mayor, and publication as by law
required.
