AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM SERVICES CONTRACTUAL, ELECTRIC
CURRENT, PARK DEPARTMENT, TO SUPPLIES, FOOD AND ANIMALS, PARK DEPARTMENT°
141EREAS, certain emtraordinary emergencies have developed since the
adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appro-
priate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget for the various
functions of the City Government to meet extraordinary emergenciesg
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND0
INDIANA, that for the expense of the City Government and its institutions for

the year ending December 31, 1957, the following sums of money are hereby
appropriated and. set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purpose
herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same, such sums herein
appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized to be made
during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law°
SECTION II.. That for said fiscal period there is hereby appropriated out
e of the city fund hereinafter named, the following specified amounts to met
extraordinary emergencies which are hereby declared to exists

SECTION III. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations
now unabligated balances which will not-be needed for the purpose which appro-
priated°
IT IS THEREFORE FURTHER ORDAINED by the aforesaid Common Council of the
City of Richmendpindianap. that such vnneoessery existing appropriations be now
reduced in amounts as followss

SECTION IV. That an extraordinary emergency exists for the above appro-

SECTION V. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and .
