AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1472.41953, COMONLY MOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953.
BE IT ORDAIIED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTRN 1. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. lI72-1953 commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance of Richmond and the Zone Map made a part thereof, designates
and describe ; as mat t ,side ni_., the following described territory
in said City of Richmond, Wayne County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Lots 13, 14, and 15 in Sutton Place Addition to the City of
Richmond, Indiana, except 44.2 feet in equal width off of the
entire south end of all of said lots,

WHEREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of
said territory to "Local Business"
NOW T E EFORE:
SECTION 2. It is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning
Ordinance and on the Zone Map be, and same is hereby changed covering the
above described territory to , _L.oca1 Bu3neGs and that
the said territory and the use and area thereof be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval by the Mayor, and publication as by law
required.
