(e) Upon the fulfillment of the above requirenoptc and
the payment of the above fee,, the City Controller shall issue over his
sienature and seta..I of office, a license which shall contain the name
of the person, his photoGraph and print of rtcht index finger; that
the Licensee shall be required to carry said license on his person
and shall be required to surrender same on leaving the City,
SECTION 4. Any parson who shall pursue the business of an itinerant
and/or transient solicitor, -.9eddler, hawker, salesman or vendor in said City
of Richmond, Indiana without first obtainin5, a license to do so, and any person
violating any provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined
in the sum of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than Tuo 'Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($250.00); end provided further, that each days solicitations
thereof shall constitute a separate offense
SECTION 5. All 0,2dinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any
-of the terms of this Ordinance are hereby repeale-d
SECTION 6 This Ordinance shall bo in full force and effect after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and upon due publication thereof as required
by law.
