repealing Ordinance No. 1630-1957, An Ordinance
declaring and defining the entire corporate boundaries of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, including therein certain contiguous territory, platted
and unplatted, not previously.annexed, describing the said entire corporate
boundaries, providing for the publication thereof, and fixing the time
when the same shall te.ke effect, the same having been passed by the •
Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, on June 17, 1957.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHMOND, INDIANA,
SECTION NO. 1 .
That Ordinance No. 1630-1957, passed by the Common Council
of the City of Richmond, Indiana, on June 17, 1957, the same being an
Ordinance declaring and defining the entire corporate boundaries of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, including therein certain contiguous territory,
platted and unplatted, not previously annexed, describing the said entire
corporate boundaries, providing for the publication thereof, and fixing the
time when the same shall take effect, be and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION NO. 2.
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon and after
the passage thereof, affixing of the signature of the presiding officer and
presentation to and approval by the Mayor.
