CONTIGUOUS TIM-RETO, DESCRIBING THE SAME-, PROVIDING F'OR THE PUBLICATION

BE IT ORDAINED BY M C0191,017 COUNCIL OF TIDE CITY OF RICHPIOND, WAY101,
COUNTY, INDIANA.
SECTION 1. That tha following described territory be annexed to and
declared to be part of said City of Richmond, Indiana;
A part of the nest ;half of Section Six (6), Township Thirteen (13)
North, Range One (1;`; Vest and past of Fractional Section One (1)
Township Thirteen (213) North, Range Two (2.) T.Test in Wayne Townshir;,9
Wayne County, India,1,1a and being more particularly described as fo?glows:
Beginning at a point: in the centerline of United Stages Highway
Number Forty (40), aa.id point being six and five tenths (6.5)
feet east of the west line of said Section Sac (6) and ruunnin,a
thence south, parallel to said Crest line, one thousand ni.netr
two and five tenths (1092,5) feet to the south line of the Ncr°th-
west ^uarter of said Section Six (6); thence east, along sari
