BE IT ORDAIM) by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana
SE.CCTICN 1. 1•11 AS, Ordinance No'.. 1l,.72-1953 commonly known as ,;the
Zoning Ordinance of Richmond.and the Zone Map made a' -part thereof,
designates and describes as ttCn Residential District, the, -fallowing
described territory in said City of Richmond, Wayne County, ':state of
Indiana, to-wi t s
The territory on'the east side of South 7th Street, :from.the
present "Limited'Indus•trial" District north to include Lot No.
177.in the.-Beallview Addition.

of said terr:illory to -"Limited Industrial".District.

S>rCTION 2. 2t is hereby ordained that the use district in the Zoning
Ordinance.and on�the'Zone Map be, and sane is hereby changed covering
the above described territory to 'Limited Industrial " District and
that the said territory and the use•and area thereof be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. 'Phis Ordinance shall -be in full force and effect'from
and ,after its passage,• approval'by the 14ayor, and,nublication as,by law
required.
