RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF MIDPENINSULA
REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT DEDICATING INTERESTS IN
CERTAIN DISTRICT LANDS FOR PUBLIC OPEN SPACE PURPOSES
The Board of Directors of Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION ONE. Pursuant to California Public Resources Code section 5540 and Board
Resolution 86-6, Policy for Dedication of District Lands, the Board of Directors does hereby
dedicate for public open space purposes the interests in land held by the District shown herein,
except for density credits on such lands, if any:
