SURPLUS PROPERTY AUCTION
The Town of Brewster is accepting bids for the following surplus items for auction through GovDeals:
One (1) 2004 Sterling L8500, with plow and sander, in running condition.
The item can be inspected Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30am – 4pm at the Brewster DPW,
201 Run Hill Road, Brewster, MA 02631. You must schedule an appointment with Mike
Richards to view the item, 508-896-3212.
Public auction of these items will begin on January 11, 2021 at 9:00 am EDT and will close on
January 25 at 4pm EST. Auction Terms and conditions of sale can be viewed at
www.govdeals.com/BrewsterMA.
All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter
30B as amended. The surplus supplies will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the
highest price for the surplus property described. Every bidder must submit a signed non-collusion
form to the jurisdiction.
The Town of Brewster reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to dispose of the
surplus property as it is deemed in the Town’s best interest to do so.
