AN ORDINANCE.APPROPRIATING CERTAIN FUNDS FROM SPECIAL STREETS,
UNAPPROPRIATED FUNDS, TO I-TEM NO. S-13, SPECIAL -STREETS, -RENTAL
OF EQUIPMENT.
WHEREAS: Certain extraordinary conditions have devel-
oped since the adoption of the.existing annual budget, s-o that
it is now _necessary to'.appropriate'more money than was approprim
aced -in the annual budget for the various functions of the City'
Government: to meet such e-xtraordinary.emergencies:.
SECTION I. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE ' COS MON COUNCIL OF'''
THE CITY OF RICHM'OND,. INDIANA, that for the expense of the
City Governtent-.and, its institutions for the' year ending
December 31, -195.5, the following sums of money.are hereby
appropriated and: set apart out of the several funds herein
named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to the
laws governing the 'same;.such sums herein appropriated shall
be held to include, all.expenditures authorized to be made
during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and
provided by' law.
SECTION II. That for said.fiscal period_ there is
hereby approriated -'out of the various city funds herein- .

ordinary emergencies which are hereby declared to exist:

Council of the City of Richmond, Indian -a, that such unnecessary
existing appropriations are..now reduced in amounts as.follows:
