1955 UTJOBLIGATED BALANCE OF THE SPECIAL STREET TO
A .CERATIN ITEM OF THE 1955-BUDGET OF THE SPECIAL.

since the adoption of the 1955 annual budget, by
reason of which i I is necessary to appropriate ad_
diti onal. f uiids in order to perform the functions of
the government involved therein and to meet, the
extraordinary emergency.in connection therewith, in
this,'that the Traffic Signs and Guidee.Account of
the Special Streets has been exhausted while additional
funds are heeded in 'order to meet the' Traffic Signs
and Guides -obligations ons to that department- for the
balance of the y.ea-r 1955.
WHEREAS: There exists 'an unobli', toted. balance 'in
the Snecial-Street Fund of the City of Richmond, Ind-
iana T.hich is sufficient to cover the amount here-
inafter appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE., ..BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCLL
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That theme is hereby. ap7)ropriated out- of
the unobligated and una.pnropriated balance of the
Special Street 1955 Budget of: -the City of Richmond
Indiana the sum of Two Thousand Dollars (�2,000iOo�
to Item 30 "Traffic Signs and Guidesff of the 1955
Budget. of, the Special Streets Fund.
SECTION 2. Thhat an ex traordinary..emergency 'exists for
the above anbropria.to.n.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall' be in full
force and effect from ar_d after it.s passage and -
api)roval by the Mayor.and, i•s..subject to the laws of-'
the " Sta.te.. of Indiana.: governing_ emergency approixtiatlons.
