AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1472-1953, (1011MONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF RICHMOND, APPROVED APRIL 21, 1953
BL IT ORDAIMD by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana;
SECTION 1. WHM&AS, Ordinance No. 1472-1953 commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance of Richmond and the Zone Maps made a part thereof,
that portion
designates and describes as "A" Residential District,Athe following described
territory within the corporate limits of the City of Richmond, Llayne County,
that portion
State of Indiana; and designates and describes as "Suburban" District A he
following described territory in the Two -Mile Jursidictional Area beyond the
corporate limits of said City, in Wayne County, State of Indiana,, to -wit:
All that territory between South "Q" Street and the Chesapeake and
Ohio Railroad and from said Railroad eastward to South 13th Street.
WifREAS, it is the purpose and intention hereof to change the use of
said territory to "Limited Industrial;" District.
NOW THEREFORE. -
SECTION 2. It is hereb-y ordained that the use district in the Zoning
Ordinance and on the Zone Maps be, and same is hereby changed covering the
above described territory to "Limited Industrial" District and that the said
territory and the use and area thereof be regulated accordingly.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval by the Mayor, andpublication as by law required.
