and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements constituting qualifi-
cation as a qualified newspaper as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,
§ 331 A.07, and other applicable laws as amended.
(B) The printed public notice that is attached, was cut from the columns of said
newspaper, and was printed and published once each week, for one suc-

Public Notice
The city council of the city of Medi-
na has adopted Ordinance No. 420.
The ordinance amends section 415 of
the city code regulating truck traffic.
The ordinance authorizes the city coun-
cil by resolution to adopt a map indicat-
ing the streets from which truck traffic
will be banned. Where the ordinance
applies, trucks licensed for more than
35,000 pounds gross weight will be pro-
hibited. Exceptions are provided for
certain types of vehicles, including
school buses, garbage and recycling
trucks, emergency vehicles, agricultural
equipment and vehicles involved in the
construction, maintenance or repair of
roads or utilities. Other trucks will be al-
lowed on the designed road only to
make local deliveries or pick ups and
only with a permit issued by the city.
Permits for travel on local roads will be
issued only for the shortest practical dis-
tance to and from a truck route and the
point of pick up or delivery. A copy of the
complete ordinance is available from
the city administrator -clerk at Medina
city hall.
