AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
March 29, 2021
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on
Monday, March 29, 2021 in the large conference-room at the Richmond Power and Light service
building, 2000 U.S. 27 South, Richmond, IN. Ronald Oler, Ph.D., Chair, called the meeting to
order at 6:35 p.m.
Members' present was Gary Turner, Doug Goss, Bill Engle, Jeff Cappa, Larry Parker and
Chair Ron Oler. Board members' Kelley Cruse-Nicholson, Jane Bumbalough and Jeffrey Locke
were absent. Attending from Richmond Power and Light was General Manager Randall Baker
and Assistant General Manager Anthony Foster.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than
the subject matter specified in the public notice. IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2b) and 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5)
The Executive Session was adjourned at 8:33 p.m.
