AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUN OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND
DOLLARS 0300,000.00)' FROM THE MUNICIPAL•ELECTRIC LIGHTING
AND POWER PLANT-' S CASH RESERVE FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF
THE CITY OF RTCHYIOND.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
the City of Richmond., Indiana,: that there be, and there. is',
hereby' appropriated" .the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars
($300;"000.00) out of the Cash, Reserve.Fund. of the Muni"cipal
Electric Lighting and. Power Plant, to the Gene.ral.Fund- of
the City, of Richmond, and that the'Cash Reserve Fund of the
Municipal Electric Lighting a,nd. Power -Plant., be reduced and
the Genera)." Find of the City ,of: Richmond, be increased in
said amount of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars.($300,000.00),
all of which is in. accordance with Chapter #153,-Page's 4.06,
.407 and 403 of the Acts of the ' General Assembly of the State
of Indiana-, for the year -1949.
SECTION 2. BE IT ORDAINED that the City Controller
of the City .of Richmond be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to make such further transfer, any t,ime;, on. or after
the lst c.ay of January, 1956'.
SECTION 3. THIS -ORDINA?\ICE. shall be in full force and.
effect upon- and after the passage thereof, signature of. the
President ',o.f the :C.ommdn Council, and submission .to and
