Tiffin!, Iowa June 26, 2013 r The City.Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met on June 26, 2013, at 16:30 p.m., at the Springmier Library in the CCA Middle School,.in the City for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on a proppsed*urban-renewal plan amendment. The Mayonpresided and the roll being called the following members of the Council were present and absent: Present: Kahler,-Ryan, Bartels,Upton,-Phillips Absent: none The City Council investigated and found-that notice of the"intention of the Cou'n'ci.1 to -,condubt a public hearing on the,urban renewal plan amendm6nt had been published according'.tb law and as directed by the*Council and that this is the time and place"at which the Cou6cil'shall receive oral or,written objections from' any residcnt or property owner of the City.
