HUNDRED DOLLARS 0 4-',600;00) FROM OFF-STREET PARKING,:
FUND TO.
THE PARKING LOT FUND,
SECTION'l., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF RICHMOND,. INDIANA, that there be, and. there is
hereby- appropriated the sum of Four 'Thousand Six Hundred
Dollars ($.4,600.00) out of the Off -Street Parking Fund, , to
the Parking Lot Fund; same being more particularly.described
ae,follows, to -wit: "Lot Number Thirteen (131 in'Jeremiah
Cox Addition to the'City of Richmond, Indiana.",. to establish
an "off-street'! parking lot, by demolishing and. removing
the building on said lot,. grading,. draining, construction
of suitable pavement, curbs -and- etc. ,...as may be necessary
for the, proper construction and operation- of said "off-
street" parking lot: 'all work. to be in accordance with plans
and s-oecifications .on, file in the of fine of -the Board -of
Public Works and Safety of said City'.
SECTION 2.. BE'IT FURTHER..OR:DAINED, that an extra-
ordinary emergency exists for the passage of:.this.Ord.inance.
